Excited!!!!
Getting so excited to start this adventure with all of you! Only a few more days until we begin! Lord we humbly ask that you allow us to feel Your presence and practice with You on our mats, in our minds, holding our hearts and only Your name on our lips....May each lesson be a sweet exchange with You. Amen
